Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Recommended):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes package tracking
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our bathroom products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging/tags
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bidets
- Close Coupled Pans & Cisterns
- Back to Wall Toilets
- Any products that have been installed or used
Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if applicable
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Item is in original packaging with all accessories
- Include the return authorization number inside the package
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the item within 3 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the return is approved
Refund Information
Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Amount Refunded:
- You’ll receive a refund for the product cost
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item
